Philippine Wildlife Reporting app promises to upgrade fight against Trafficking

Mongabay.com article about the WildALERT app designed to overcome the problems with reporting all kinds of wildlife crime in the Philippines using a smartphone planned to be rolled-out by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources by end of 2020.
